Go on a free bike ride across Dubai this weekend

Careem is offering free rentals in honour of World Environment Day

Planning a bike ride this weekend? If you’re in Dubai, you can do it for free!

The celebrations for World Environment Day are far from over, with the emirate offering free bike rental on 10 June, Saturday.

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has teamed up with Careem BIKE to provide complementary rides to customers at a whopping 186 docking stations across the emirate.

All you need to do is go to the Careem app, select ‘Bike’ in the ‘Go’ section, and choose the ‘One Day’ pass.

Enter the code ‘FREE’, and voila! You’ve unlocked 24 hours of pedalling fun!

You will be required to enter your card details as a security measure but don’t worry, you won’t be charged.

So make the most of the sunny days (before they get sunnier!), and treat yourselves to some quality time outdoors.
