Organisers say they are also delighted to be part of the 30 x 30 Dubai Fitness initiative which aims to inspire people to seek out a healthier lifestyle in the city

All yogi enthusiasts out there in Dubai will be happy to know that Kibsons, the award-winning family-run UAE-based company, has partnered with Keyani Wellness Centre to hold a series of four free yoga sessions throughout the month of November.

This community initiative entitled Yoga for Peace has been set up by Kibsons to shine a light on the importance of positive wellbeing and fitness to all UAE residents. Coinciding with the annual Dubai 30 x 30 Fitness challenge, these sessions are the perfect way to wind down at the end of a hectic week.

The classes have been designed to cater to all levels and will run every Friday from the 3 November. To book your slot simply log onto the Kibsons website and click on the Yoga Series header, which will take you to the ‘Book Now’ link. Fill in your information and your slot will be recorded.

So if you want to create a space where you can take a break from the chaos and focus on your well-being and find your sense of inner peace then check these events out throughout November.
