What’s the Break the Block line-up looking like?

This year’s confirmed line-up is a definite mix of some of the world’s most exciting artists and DJs.

The first headliner is none other than the iconic producer duo Jungle! The Londoners are bringing with them a groovy mix of funk, electro, and soul guaranteed to set pulses racing. Following the recent success of their album Volcano, they’re all set to take Dubai by storm this month.

Kicking the melodic excitement into high gear is Nightmares on Wax, the kingpin of mix and spin, who is ready to set the stage ablaze with various musical styles spanning reggae, alternative, electronic, and more. His latest album, ‘Shout Out! To Freedom’, will be a perfect complement to the vibrant vibes.

Adding an extra layer of authentic rhythms and beats is Shadi Megalla, an Egyptian DJ master and producer who also runs his own vinyl store in Dubai. Boasting an impressive career that dates back to 1999, Shadi is a key figure in Dubai’s electronic music domain.

Next up straight from the heart of Canada is Mike Daniel, an open-format DJ, producer, and self-proclaimed “enthusiast of the odd genres of music.” Topping off these exceptionally energetic beats with some local flair are Emirati Saud G, an expert in Arabic hip hop and renowned for his distinctive lyricism and production, and Jade, a Beirut-native DJ with a unique approach to alternative, dance, and electronic, radiating chic and energetic vibes in every performance.
