Free movies await every weekend at Al Safa Park, what are you waiting for?

talabat, the UAE’s most popular food delivery platform has been delighting the community in Dubai with ‘The Hangout’. The new series of community-focused events in partnership with Dubai Municipality at Dubai Public Parks is a great opportunity to enjoy movie nights under the stars alongside a curated selection of food and beverage options.
The free movie screenings will run at Al Safa Park every weekend until Saturday, 9 March with two movie screenings each night at 6.30pm and 8pm.
The inaugural edition of The Hangout features a diverse lineup of classic films suitable for families and individuals of all ages. And it’s free!

From timeless favorites like ‘The Lion King’ and ‘Finding Nemo’ to action-packed adventures like ‘Top Gun: Maverick’, the programme caters to a broad spectrum of tastes and interests.
While you have to pay a nominal AED 3 to enter the park, everything else is for free. Although beanbags are limited (so getting there early is definitely a good idea), you can always just bring along your own blankets and chairs to get comfy and settle in for movienight.
For snacks, a dedicated popcorn kiosk will be stationed on-site, offering a delicious movie-going staple. Additionally, you can also expect to see favourites like Zaatar W Zeit and Cinnabon on hand as well!
Time to snuggle in for the movies.
