Launched in 2017 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, this annual fitness festival invites everyone to complete 30 minutes of activity every day, for 30 days.
With an action-packed calendar of free classes, sporting events and group workout sessions, the 30×30 or Dubai Fitness Challenge is just what you need for both fitness and community vibes this year.

What is the Dubai Fitness Challenge?
Dubai Fitness Challenge, an initiative of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, is a month-long celebration of wellness.
The 2024 edition aims to inspire fitness enthusiasts to complete 30 minutes of exercise daily for 30 days through an action-packed calendar of events. You can take your pick of the workouts, and just get moving!

Where and when does the Dubai Fitness Challenge take place?
Taking place from 26 October – 24 November this year, the activities are generally spread across the city.
What happens during the Dubai Fitness Challenge?
Dubai Fitness Challenge offers a packed schedule of fitness-related events across the city including free workouts, exciting running, cycling, swimming, yoga and padel tournaments, and wellness-focused entertainment.
In previous years, the iconic fitness challenge has included free workout classes, pitch or court hire and huge events including the Dubai Ride – a cycle along a section of Sheikh Zayed Road. And of course, there’s the ever exciting Dubai Run to keep an eye out for!
Is there an age limit for the Dubai Fitness Challenge?
The activities are open to fitness enthusiasts of all ages and levels.
