Fitness First is expanding its presence in the UAE with the launch of six brand-new clubs. This exciting development will offer more opportunities for fitness enthusiasts to access top-tier facilities and expert trainers across the country.
Coinciding with the 50th anniversary, Fitness First will be opening four cutting-edge clubs and enhance existing facilities, all aligned with the brand’s new strategic direction.
The expansion reinforces Fitness First’s unrivaled leadership in the industry, setting new standards for comprehensive wellness and delivering unparalleled experiences to its members.
Expanding the Fitness First footprint
By the end of the year, Fitness First will open four state-of-the-art clubs in prime urban locations, with two more slated for 2025 – meeting the growing demand for premium fitness services.
Dubai will see two flagship clubs open in Business Bay and Dubai Media City, while Abu Dhabi welcomes new clubs at Al Wahda Mall and Forsan Central Mall. Two additional locations will be revealed later.

Each new club will feature cutting-edge fitness technology and a wide array of advanced equipment, catering to everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes.
Members can enjoy dedicated studios for boxing, Reformer Pilates, cycling, and Group Exercise classes, alongside functional training areas and outdoor gym spaces for a dynamic workout experience.
The Dubai clubs will include swimming pools, cold plunge pools and treatment rooms with a focus on recovery, while the Abu Dhabi locations will offer exclusive, ladies-only facilities.
Fitness First is also elevating the experience at its existing clubs by integrating the latest design concepts, ensuring a unified and premium environment across all locations.
