Step into a weekend of fungi, fantasy and family fun at Terra, Expo City Dubai
Calling all curious minds, nature lovers, and fun-seeking families!
From 28–29 June 2025, Terra at Expo City Dubai transforms into a magical indoor forest for The Enchanted Forest Festival; a two-day celebration of the mysterious and marvelous world of fungi.
This immersive event is a joyful tribute to mushrooms, mycelium, and the wonder of forest ecosystems, designed to ignite curiosity and cultivate care for nature.

Over two days, families can drop into a magical line-up of activities designed to stir the senses and spark the imagination.
From joyful storytelling with beloved authors like Kathy Urban, Beverly Jatwani, and Ebtisam Al-Beiti, to hands-on smoothie-making and magical forest adventures, every activity is designed to spark curiosity and foster a love of nature.
Guests will get to experience special guided tours of Terra’s beloved Under the Forest exhibit throughout the day, offering the chance to wander beneath woodland canopies and into the mysterious, living network that sustains them.

Led by Terra’s nature guides, these mini adventures reveal how trees communicate, share resources, and protect each other through a hidden underground alliance of roots and fungi, the so-called ‘wood-wide-web’.
It’s an awe-inspiring glimpse into nature’s own internet, and a powerful reminder of just how connected and resilient our ecosystems really are.
The fun doesn’t stop there. Kids can craft their own forest habitats, get creative at mushroom and butterfly-themed colouring stations, get a photo with the fungi mascot, and dive into sustainable, nature-inspired artmaking.
Tickets for the Enchanted Forest Festival are free for kids under 12 and AED 50 for 12 and above. You can also get free access to the wonder-filled weekend with a Terra Ticket or Attraction Pass (kids go free all summer).
From learning about the role of fungi in fighting climate change to simply delighting in a story under the trees, The Enchanted Forest Festival is an invitation to slow down and rediscover nature’s quiet magic.
