Chefs Jitin Joshi and Patricia Roig unite for a one-night culinary fusion

Dubai’s culinary scene is set ablaze this summer as Revolver and BOCA, two of the city’s most innovative restaurants, collaborate for a one-night-only dining experience on Thursday, 7 August at 7pm.

This exclusive event sees Chef Jitin Joshi of Revolver and Chef Patricia Roig of BOCA join forces to create a multi-course tasting menu that celebrates bold Indian technique and contemporary Spanish expression.

Priced at AED 395 per person, the event will be hosted at Revolver, the modern Indian grill known for its fire-led kitchen and immersive chef’s counter.

Since opening, Revolver has built a reputation for its dynamic series of pop-up dinners, each one crafted for a single evening and then gone the next. This upcoming event with BOCA marks the latest chapter in that creative journey.

Chef Jitin, a master of spice and culinary storytelling, will work alongside Chef Patricia, whose seasonal, sustainability-focused approach has earned BOCA a MICHELIN Green Star and a spot on MENA’s 50 Best list.

Together, the duo has created a tasting menu rooted in their respective heritages but designed to break new ground. Expect smoky meats, seafood kissed by fire, charred vegetables, and unexpected yet harmonious flavor combinations.

The drinks programme is equally compelling. Vitor (Revolver) and Kornelija (BOCA) have collaborated on a bespoke license drink list featuring regional botanicals and inventive pairings that echo the night’s culinary narrative.

This collaboration features two trailblazing chefs, a fusion of culinary cultures, and a celebration of experimentation and identity.

With limited seats available and a menu that won’t be repeated, this is a rare opportunity to experience the convergence of two of Dubai’s most exciting kitchens.

Bookings are highly recommend. For further information, call 04 257 9334
