SOHUM Wellness launches Dubai’s first conscious brunch

Sohum wellness sanctuary launches dubai’s first wellness-inspired brunch

Ayurvedic healing come together for a soulful new brunch ritual in Dubai

Move over mimosas, SOHUM Wellness Sanctuary is giving brunch a whole new vibe.

Nestled quietly in the heart of Dubai, this peaceful haven has just launched the city’s first wellness-inspired brunch, and it’s unlike anything you’ve experienced before.

Introducing the SOHUM Conscious Brunch, a soulful, plant-based, and family-friendly Sunday ritual that’s all about nourishing your body, calming your mind, and easing into the week ahead feeling completely renewed.

Launching on 14 September, and taking place every Sunday from 1pm to 4pm, this isn’t just brunch, it’s restoration on a plate (and in the spa).

Two ways to brunch

There are two packages to choose from, depending on how deep you want to dive into self-care:

Standard Package (AED 111)

Perfect for those craving a mindful bite, this option includes a plant-based menu with unlimited drinks, full of delicious surprises like the Lion’s Mane Slider and the refreshing mixed drinks.

Holistic Package (AED 222)

Level up your brunch game with this all-inclusive wellness experience.

A 1-on-1 Ayurvedic Doctor consultation

Spa wet area access (yes, that includes the sauna, steam room, and hot + cold plunge pools!)

Plus the entire brunch menu and a free return visit for your follow-up consult.

Bringing the kids? They’ll love it too. Children under 12 dine free, with a dedicated kids’ corner to keep them entertained while you indulge in a little well-deserved self-care.

And if you’re up for a little more exploration, don’t miss SOHUM’s wellness retail space; a curated collection of conscious brands and healing essentials.

This is Dubai’s first-ever wellness brunch, and it’s here to redefine what Sundays are all about, slow, soulful, and centered around you.

Every Sunday, 1pm-4pm, SOHUM Wellness Sanctuary, Dubai, Standard Package: AED 111, Holistic Package: AED 222
