This venue turns brunch into a Brazilian fiesta
Get ready to dance, sip, and feast in the clouds! SUSHISAMBA Dubai is turning brunch into a full-blown Brazilian bash with the Copacabana Brunch on Saturday, 27 September at 12.3pm.
Perched high on the 51st floor of The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, this isn’t your average afternoon; it’s a carnival in the sky!
Think tropical flavours bursting off your plate, handcrafted drinks in hand, samba rhythms keeping your feet moving, and electrifying performances lighting up the Dubai skyline.
The culinary journey begins with live sushi and robata stations, complemented by vibrant sharing dishes served table-side.
Starters include Salmon Tiradito with orange ponzu and crispy quinoa, Peruvian Corn Salad with grilled corn and avocado, and Guacamole with aji Amarillo and crispy corn tortilla.
For mains, diners can savour Australian Angus Tenderloin with spicy soy and foie gras, miso-glazed Black Cod, or Arroz Chaufa with organic wild black rice.
From the live stations, guests can enjoy sashimi featuring Yellowtail, Bluefin Tuna, and Salmon, alongside signature maki rolls such as the Samba Dubai with Maine lobster and aji honey truffle.

Packages start at AED 649 for the house option and AED 799 for the bubly package. Window tables, offering panoramic skyline views, are priced at AED 799 with the house package or AED 899 with bubbly.
As the sun sets, the party continues in the iconic SAMBAROOM, where à la carte drinks and soulful sunset vibes curated by DJ Alonso extend the Copacabana magic late into the evening.
