Amalfi Coast dining comes to TOTÓ Dubai for three nights only

Amalfi coast dining at toto dubai

TOTÓ Dubai is bringing the flavours of Italy’s Amalfi Coast to Downtown Dubai with a special dining experience

From Thursday 25 to Saturday 27 September, TOTÓ Dubai will be serving a special five-course menu with paired drinks, inspired by the flavours and spirit of Italy’s southern coastline.

A taste of Positano in the city

The evening begins with a limoncello spritz and a refreshing sgroppino prepared tableside, followed by glasses of crisp Italian grape chosen to complement each course.

Curated by sommelier Matteo Amadei, the menu captures the essence of an Amalfi summer in five indulgent stages.

What’s on the menu?

The journey begins with a delicate tris di tartare of tuna, salmon and sea bream, followed by golden pizza fritta with stracciatella and anchovy.

Next comes spaghetti al limone with parmesan and caviar, and tender polpo alla Luciana in a rich tomato sauce.

To finish, a traditional pastiera napoletana brings a sweet taste of Naples to the table.

A light sorbet between courses keeps the palate refreshed, while Amalfi-inspired details in the dining room set the scene.

Live music from resident singer Ariana adds to the atmosphere, making this an ideal choice for a romantic date night or a relaxed evening with friends.

At AED 435 per person, the menu includes five courses with pairings, offering a fine-dining experience at excellent value.

Thursday to Saturday, 25–27 September 2025, from 6 pm. TOTÓ Dubai, Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection, Downtown Dubai. Valet parking available. See TOTÓ Restaurants
