Paus Jumeirah might just become your new wellness obsession in Dubai

Paus dubai

From mindful movement and nourishing food to community and self-care, Paus Jumeirah is Dubai’s newest spot for balance, connection, and calm

If Dubai had a word for its latest obsession, it might just be Paus.

The homegrown wellness concept has unveiled its beautifully designed new space in Jumeirah, Al Wasl, expanding from its café roots into a complete lifestyle destination dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

Think Reformer Pilates and yoga studios, strength training, sound healing, and even Padel; all under one minimalist, light-filled roof.

Add to that a spa for recovery and women’s health, and a community calendar of talks, workshops, and gatherings, and you’ve got a space that’s set to redefine how the city approaches well-being.

At the heart of Paus is movement, but with purpose. The new Paus Club encourage everyone to find joy in the everyday through curated classes and programs designed to build strength, ease, and community. It’s not just about getting fit; it’s about feeling grounded.

The all-day Eatery extends Paus’s philosophy into food, nourishing yet comforting dishes inspired by Middle Eastern and Indian flavours, served in a calm, design-forward setting. Expect fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a menu that’s equal parts flavour and balance.

Created by sisters Sophiya and Sarah Faizal, Paus was built on the idea that well-being shouldn’t be a luxury, it should be part of everyday life.

The space’s design mirrors that ethos: warm, minimalist, and deeply calming. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to linger in, whether for a Pilates session, a long breakfast, or a quiet moment of reflection.

Beyond fitness and food, Paus is quickly becoming a hub for community and connection. Expect an evolving line-up of cultural talks, creative workshops, and wellness gatherings.

With its multi-dimensional approach blending love, health, work, and play, Paus feels tailor-made for Dubai’s fast-paced lifestyle, offering a serene antidote to city chaos.
