The Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025 is back, inviting you and visitors to commit to 30 minutes of daily activity for 30 days and transforming the city into a vibrant hub of wellness and community.

Running until 30 November, this ninth edition features four flagship mass-participation events, three Fitness Villages, and over 25 community hubs, offering free, inclusive fitness experiences for all ages and abilities.

With a focus on accessibility, fun, and variety, DFC 2025 encourages everyone to find their challenge and discover the joy of movement across Dubai’s iconic landscapes.

Dubai Stand Up Paddle

8 & 9 November

Dubai fitness challenge

Set against the dramatic Hajar Mountains at Hatta Dam, Dubai Stand Up Paddle (SUP) returns for two days of fitness and adventure.

Participants of all levels can enjoy paddleboarding, kayaking, and sunset yoga sessions along the serene water’s edge.

All necessary equipment, including boards, paddles, and life jackets, is provided, along with expert guidance and adaptive sessions for People of Determination.

Free shuttle services make access easy from Dubai’s city centre. The two-day event combines physical challenge with nature, offering a refreshing, scenic escape while allowing thousands to engage in water-based fitness activities in one of Dubai’s most picturesque locations.

 

Dubai Run

23 November

The seventh edition of Dubai Run, presented by Mai Dubai, transforms Sheikh Zayed Road into the world’s largest free community fun run.

Runners of all ages and abilities can choose from a 10-km competitive route finishing at DIFC or a 5-km relaxed Downtown route for families and casual joggers.

Dedicated start zones, volunteer support, and facilities for People of Determination ensure inclusivity.

With hundreds of thousands of participants in previous editions, Dubai Run is both a celebration of collective movement and an opportunity to take part in a global fitness phenomenon.

 

Dubai Yoga

30 November

For the first time, the DFC concludes with Dubai Yoga, a mass yoga session at Zabeel Park that brings thousands together under the setting sun.

This flagship event offers participants of all abilities the chance to stretch, relax, and reconnect with body and mind in one of the region’s largest yoga gatherings.

Designed to celebrate wellness, mindfulness, and community, Dubai Yoga is a fitting finale to a month-long celebration of physical activity.

With participants flowing together in synchronised movement, it embodies DFC’s mission to inspire lasting healthy habits and foster a vibrant, active lifestyle across the city.

Dubai fitness challenge

The DP World 30×30 Fitness Villages are at the heart of Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025, offering free, accessible fitness for all ages and abilities.

Kite Beach features beach sports, padel, obstacle courses, boxing, HIIT, yoga, and an aquapark, open daily with bookable courts.

Zabeel Park is the hub for running and cycling, hosting live classes, Spin Zone, Kids Fitness, and boxing, plus serving as the official bib collection point for Dubai Ride and Dubai Run.

Al Warqa’a Park combines a 2.8-km running and cycling track, a new gym, kids and ladies-only zones, and courts for padel, football, volleyball, and basketball.

Dubai t100 triathlon

Dubai T100 Triathlon – 13–16 November: World-class multi-sport racing with full, sprint, team relay, and youth formats.

DP World Tour Championship – 13–16 November: Golf finale at Jumeirah Golf Estates with top 50 players.

Emirates Dubai 7s – 28–30 November: Rugby festival at The Sevens Stadium, plus amateur rugby, netball, cricket, and fitness competitions.

EuroLeague Basketball at Coca-Cola Arena – November: Dubai Basketball faces top European clubs, including Partizan Mozzart BET, SC Derby, Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet, Zalgiris Kaunas, and Paris Basketball.
