Take part in Dubai’s biggest fitness month of fun

 

The Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC 30×30) is back this November, encouraging everyone to commit to 30 minutes of daily activity for 30 days.

The city transforms into one giant gym, with classes, community workouts, and fitness fun happening all over town.

This year, Wellfit is bringing the energy, with a month-long takeover at Kite Beach and a series of adrenaline-pumping competitions at Wellfit Meydan.

At Kite Beach, the XPark Dubai Fitness Hub by Wellfit runs from 1–30 November, offering over 120 free group classes including HIIT, cycling, yoga, strength training, and more.

Whether you’re a fitness newbie or a pro, there’s something for everyone.

And if you attend the most classes? You could win a one-month free Wellfit membership, one male and one female winner will be crowned based on attendance!

Over at Wellfit Meydan, the action gets even bigger:

15 November: The Annual Arab Championship returns in memory of Sheikh Saqer bin Tareq Al Qassimi, bringing together the region’s top CrossFit athletes for a day of strength, endurance, and community spirit.

22 November: The DFC30×30 Firefighter Championship, in partnership with Dubai Civil Defense and the First Responder Training Academy (FRTA), will see teams from across the Emirates take on high-intensity challenges inspired by real rescue scenarios.
