School’s almost out for half-term, so now comes the tricky part: keeping the kids entertained from 12-16 October.
Luckily, Dubai has plenty of half-term camps lined up for the October break, with everything from sport and trampolining to art, theatre, science and wildlife.
You can get creative at Camden Creative Arts, get sporty with Elite Sports Academy, or send little explorers on a journey through history at OliOli’s Time Trek Camp.
Over at Expo City, kids can spend the week exploring and creating, while Courtyard Playhouse puts storytelling and drama centre stage.

Keep the kids creative this half term with a week of hands-on art at Camden Creative Arts. Designed for children aged 4 to 12, the camp will cover painting, drawing, creative crafts and new techniques, with plenty of time to make, experiment and have fun. Looking for something to keep the kids busy once school breaks up? Elite Sports Academy is running a week of sporting action across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with two camp options depending on what your child enjoys. Take the kids on a journey through time this half term with OliOli’s Time Trek Camp. Designed for ages 3 to 10, the week moves from prehistoric dinosaurs and ancient civilisations to medieval engineering, Renaissance inventions and futuristic technology.
