Dubai’s much-loved festival of music, fashion, art and street culture is returning with a new home

Sole DXB is back this December, but there’s one big change for regulars: the festival is leaving Dubai Design District (d3), where it has been held for years.

The 14th edition of Sole DXB will take place from December 11 to 13, with The Square in Nad Al Sheba as the new venue for this year’s festival.

Set within Nad Al Sheba Gardens, the open-air destination combines cafés, restaurants, padel courts and family-friendly spaces.

The festival’s official website has confirmed the dates, with more announcements promised soon.

What to expect at Sole DXB 2026

While the full line-up is still under wraps, the three-day festival is expected to bring together the mix of music, fashion, art, sport, food and contemporary culture that has made Sole DXB one of Dubai’s most anticipated annual events.

Alongside live performances, previous editions have featured talks, sports tournaments, creative installations, brand activations and food concepts, with the festival continuing to expand well beyond its original sneaker-focused roots.

The move to a new venue marks a new chapter for an event that has become closely associated with d3. Sole DXB started out as a gathering centred around sneakers and streetwear before growing into a much broader celebration of youth and contemporary culture across the region.

Who will perform at Sole DXB?

The 2026 line-up has not yet been announced, and ticket prices and categories are also still to be revealed.

Last year’s festival featured a seriously impressive roster, with Tyla, Kaytranada and Miguel among the headline acts. Other performers included Lil Yachty, Loyle Carner, Tinariwen, Raftaar, KR$NA, Zeyne, Pa Salieu and Shabjdeed & Al Nather.

Previous editions have welcomed artists including James Blake, Tems, Nas, Jorja Smith, Stormzy and Central Cee, so expectations will be high for this year’s announcement.

Sole DXB will also return as part of the Dubai Shopping Festival programme this winter.

More details, including the 2026 line-up and ticket information, are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
