Expect the likes of Asia Asia, Lock Stock & Barrel, Cafe del Mar and more.

Pencil 1 December 2021 into the diary as the long awaited Yas Bay Waterfront will be officially opening.

The mega lifestyle destination will be cutting the ribbons at the start of next month and will invite you and friends to experience an exciting line-up of daily entertainment and performances such as DJ Nights, parades, fireworks displays and more throughout December to mark the occasion

Replete with lush parks and a 3km promenade, the waterfront contains a mass of leisure and entertainment facilities that are complemented by an enormous food and beverage offering that includes well established UAE and worldwide eateries like Café del Mar, Paradiso, La Petite Maison, Lock, Stock & Barrel and Asia Asia.

Speaking on the announcement of the date, chief portfolio officer at Miral, developer of Yas Bay Waterfront, Gurjit Singh said the opening of the location was a proud milestone for Yas Island.

He said: “This new destination supports our vision for Yas Island to become a global convergence for entertainment, leisure and business, as well as an attractive location for partnerships and investment opportunities.

“We are looking forward to welcoming residents and visitors to Yas Bay Waterfront to enjoy the exceptional experiences and distinctive international culinary adventure on offer.”

The AED 4 billion development is just one part of Yas Bay masterplan that will see a total of AED 12 billion invested into the area.

Residences at Yas Bay and the Yas Creative Hub – the new home of twofour54 – will also be opened in 2022 and it is expected the area will attract some 15,000 future residents and more than 10,000 business professionals.
