Hakkasan Abu Dhabi releases new menu for Chinese New Year

Yu Sheng salad, wild seabass, and more.

Chinese New Year is this Tuesday (1 February) and you can celebrate The Year of the Tiger in style with Hakkasan Abu Dhabi.

Running until 13 February, the world-renowned Cantonese restaurant a tantaslising limited-edition menu to mark the occasion, dishes specially crafted for the celebration alongside a tiger-inspired mixed drink from 6pm to 11.30pm.

Providing the fireworks from the kitchen, the menu begins with a fresh Yu Sheng salad consisting of house cured salmon and plum dressing, served alongside the Xingfu Dim Sum trio, boasting a baked truffle duck puff, tiger prawn dumpling, and wild mushroom puff.

Once you are suitably warmed up, it is time for the main dishes where Baked cornfed spatchcock sees chestnut, moral mushroom and angelica root accompanied by wok-fried wild seabass with enoki mushroom and spicy sesame soy.

For a sweet finish, a gold tiger-stripped Orange Dark Chocolate Firecracker with Mandarin Sorbet for a delicious end to this glorious feast.
