These major Dubai Metro stations had shut down following the Hadeer storm and are officially open today
Following the Hadeer storm, Dubai Metro faced certain operational delays as major stations shut down.
Those using the Dubai Metro can finally breathe a sigh of relief and revel in the reopening of three major metro stations that had been shut down following flood closures. Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the reopening of Onpassive, Equiti, and Mashreq stations.
“All necessary maintenance and testing jobs have been completed to ensure the stations’ full operational readiness and that they meet all safety requirements,” the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) said.

As per reports, the Energy metro station is scheduled to open next week, presumably 28 May.
In the meantime, the RTA will continue deploying direct bus services, consisting of more than 150 buses until the resumption of normal metro operations, on three routes during metro operation hours.
They’ll serve passengers commuting between Business Bay Metro Station to On Passive, Mall of the Emirates, Mashreq, Equity, Dubai Internet City, and Al Khail Metro Stations.
