Dubai’s shopping scene is about to get even busier, and if you’re into affordable fashion, you’ll want to mark your calendars for this next opening.
After making a huge splash with its first UAE stores, Primark is gearing up to open its third location in the city, this time at Mall of the Emirates. And judging by the hype so far, it’s safe to say this one is going to draw a crowd.
The official opening is set for 21 May at 3pm, and the announcement has already got shoppers talking. A playful invite dropped on social media teased the launch, basically saying: you asked for it, and now it’s happening.
Considering how quickly the first two stores filled up, it’s no surprise people are already planning their visit.
If you’ve been to the brand’s locations at The Dubai Mall or City Centre Mirdif, you’ll know what to expect: big spaces, busy racks, and plenty of budget-friendly finds.
From everyday fashion and accessories to beauty bits and homeware, it’s the kind of place where you pop in “just to look” and walk out with a full bag.

This new store is part of the mall’s wider expansion, sitting within its major redevelopment plans and alongside incoming brands like Skims and Ulta Beauty. So it’s not just another opening, it’s part of a bigger shift in how the mall is positioning itself.
Interestingly, Dubai isn’t just a casual stop for Primark, it’s clearly a key focus. Instead of testing the waters with one location, the brand went all in with three major stores across the city, partnering with Alshaya Group and Majid Al Futtaim.
As for the opening day? If the previous launches are anything to go by, expect queues, plenty of excitement, and a bit of social media chaos.

The earlier stores saw packed entrances and shoppers lining up well before doors opened, and this one will likely be no different.
There’s already chatter online from people outside Dubai asking when it’ll expand further (Abu Dhabi keeps coming up), but for now, all eyes are on 21 May.
