The unprecedented downpours forced the closure of many Sharjah roads over the last number of days
People travelling to and from Sharjah will be happy to know that all roads have been reopened with immediate effect following the heavy rainfall that saturated the country last week.
Sharjah was one of the worst areas hit in the UAE which led to the authorities taking necessary measures to try and help out the local citizens who were in distress.

And thankfully, it seems like those actions have paid dividends as normal services are gradually being resumed in the emirate.
It follows one of the worst periods of inclement weather conditions that the UAE has ever faced with road collapses, school closures and overall treacherous conditions bringing the country to a halt.
Hopefully, it seems like the calm after the storm.
