You’ll love this gorgeous desert daycation in Dubai

Escape the hustle and bustle at Terra Solis Dubai and indulge in a unique summer daycation

With nothing but sand around for miles, Terra Solis Dubai is a remote destination to unwind and re-energise in the desert. Just a 30-minute drive from the city, you’ll turn off the main road onto a dirt track and suddenly be surrounded by an oasis, gazelles included.

The latest edition in the Tomorrowland family (one of the world’s largest and most famous music festivals), Terra Solis Dubai, opened at the end of 2022. This sprawling desert oasis has many Tomorrowland elements such as luxe glamping, music and entertainment and an incredible pool designed for day-to-night parties.

As well as overnight guests, Terra Solis Dubai is now open all year round for those wanting an adults-only day, soaking up the atmosphere poolside.

Lured by the idea of a getaway but still being close to home, the daycation packages are available until 15 September, where you can enjoy the pool, a welcome drink and fruit platter, along with 10 per cent discount on the F&B pool menu.

We head straight to the pool as soon as we arrive, which takes centre stage of this expansive 371,000 sqm landscape.

Surrounded by chic sun loungers and cabanas, the water is chilled, giving respite in the midday sun. There’s also a swim-up bar to quench your thirst.

We are soon greeted with our welcome drinks and a pool menu offering a selection of international bites such as salads, poke bowls and tasty beef rib sliders. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, with music playing from Tomorrowland.

The daycation packages also provide the opportunity to experience their luxurious lodges. Inspired by star constellations, you can choose from the Polaris Tent, Perseid Lodge, and uber-luxe VIP Orion Lodge.

All have AC and are designed with comfort and style in mind. Accommodating up to 10 guests, the Orion Lodge is a great option for bigger groups (summer birthday, anyone?) Though pricy, its total value can be redeemed on food and drinks.
