This is your sign to explore some of Dubai’s best eateries

Dubai is getting ready for one of its most delicious moments of the year as Dubai Restaurant Week returns this May, and due to popular demand, it has now been extended until 31 May 2026.

Originally scheduled to run from 1–17 May, the citywide dining event continues to turn Dubai into a celebration of eating out, discovering new restaurants, and revisiting favourite spots across the city.

This year feels bigger and more interesting than ever, with over 125 restaurants taking part across 25+ cuisines.

Delicious Asian street food with skewers and crispy snacks.

The lineup stretches across everything from refined fine dining rooms to relaxed premium casual spots, alongside some of Dubai’s most loved homegrown concepts.

The format is simple, which is part of the appeal. Restaurants are offering specially curated set menus at AED 125 for lunch and AED 250 for dinner, making it easier to explore places that might normally sit on the “someday” list.

Whether it’s a long-overdue reservation at a well-known spot or a chance to try somewhere completely new, the idea is to make dining out feel more open, accessible, and a little more fun.

This year’s edition also brings serious culinary weight, with more than 30 MICHELIN Guide-listed restaurants participating.

On top of that, you’ll find names recognised by Gault&Millau and MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants, alongside a strong roster of international chefs like Nobu Matsuhisa, Gordon Ramsay, Akira Back, and Izu Ani, plus standout homegrown favourites such as Girl & The Goose – Restaurante Centroamericano by Gabriela Chamorro.

One of the easiest wins this year is how smooth the experience has become. Bookings are now fully integrated with Careem DineOut, so discovering a restaurant and securing a table happens in just a few taps; no fuss, no complicated steps. Just pick, book, and go.

Dubai Restaurant Week is all about finally trying that place you’ve walked past a hundred times, or saying yes to a cuisine you don’t usually order.

Until 31 May. Various locations in Dubai. For further information, visit Dubai Restaurant Week or visit careem.com for online bookings
