Free weekly fitness sessions on a world-class racing circuit

If you are looking for a midweek activity that’s a little different from your usual gym or park run, here’s one to put on your radar.

Dubai Autodrome is once again opening its world-class racing circuit to the public for the return of the ‘Run & Ride With Police’ initiative, organised by Dubai Police.

Taking place every Wednesday throughout April from 7pm to 10pm, this is your chance to experience a professional motorsport track in a completely safe, controlled, and traffic-free environment.

Whether you’re into running, cycling, walking, or even rollerblading, the circuit is open to all fitness levels.

The atmosphere is relaxed and community-focused, with Dubai Police cyclists also joining in, adding a fun and interactive twist to the experience.

Everything is carefully managed, with clear lane guidance, trained marshals, and medical support on-site throughout the evening; so you can just focus on enjoying the track and moving at your own pace.

For those who want a little extra challenge, there are also bootcamp-style sessions available within designated areas, mixing functional training and conditioning in a high-energy motorsport setting.

What makes this initiative stand out is how simple yet unique it feels; you’re literally training on the same surface used for high-speed racing, but in a completely safe and welcoming environment designed for the community.

Best of all, it’s completely free to join, with registration required in advance.

So, whether you’re looking to get active midweek, try something new with friends, or just enjoy a different kind of outdoor session, this is one of those experiences that makes fitness feel a lot more fun than routine.

Every Wednesday throughout April, 7pm. For further information, visit dubaiautodrome.ae
