Driven by a shared passion for holistic healing through food, mental wellbeing, self-care, movement, and spirituality, sisters Sophiya and Sarah Faizal launched Paus; in 2021. Situated on Al Wasl Road, the chic multistorey villa is a multitasking marvel.

Within the white-washed walls, you’ll find a vibrant community hub that combines a light-filled café with inspiring workshops, revitalising spa treatments, and classes spanning high-energy Hip Hop Yoga and restorative Candlelight Sound Healing.

For those who are tired of the same old cookie-cutter classes at your local gym, Paus; promises a breath of fresh air. Embedded in the power of movement medicine and mindfulness, classes at Paus; cover everything from mood-boosting yoga sessions to soothing stretches.

Embrace a gentle pace of wellbeing with Lofi Deep Stretch and Release, Soulful Gentle Flow, and Yin and Breathwork, for example.
